Out of Body Experience (OBE) Workshop

The out-of-body experience (also known as astral projection, soul journey, projection of consciousness) is one of the most profound experiences we can have. The benefits of learning to induce out-of-body experiences include:

  • experiencing your nature as an immortal consciousness
  • receiving inspirations in your sleep
  • accessing information from our past lives
  • losing the fear of death
  • understanding the non-physical assistance available to us
  • overall greater self-understanding and serenity about life

This workshop will help you start a serious OBE practice and assist existing projectors refine their approach to the experience. You will directly experience simple yet powerful tools to leave your physical body with awareness. Topics covered include:

  • the different bodies of manifestation
  • how to optimize your life and energy body for OBEs
  • the kind of sensations and experiences you can expect
  • working with non-physical helpers
  • different OBE techniques to try at home
  • practicing an OBE during the session

About the Facilitators

Kim McCaul is a consulting anthropologist and linguist with over 20 years of working in the fields of Aboriginal land rights and heritage. He has been studying and volunteering in conscientiology since 1997 and has run classes and workshops in the discipline in several countries. He is the author of Multidimensional Evolution: Personal Explorations of Consciousness and host of the Multidimensional Evolution podcast.

Michiko has lived in the U.S. and Brazil before settling in Australia in 2015 to continue her self-research and explore international volunteer work.  Michiko has a Bachelors degree in Political Science, Masters Degree in Business Administration, and Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She has been researching and volunteering in conscientiology since 2011, focusing on translations of books in Portuguese and co-coordinating The Bridge Book Club.
